If there's one thing I've learned throughout my years as a fitness/yoga instructor and nutrition coach, it's that "one size" does not fit all!
That's why I believe in mixing it up! I've put together a variety of effective workouts and classes to make working out fun again! From quick sculpts to target a specific body area to full length Yoga + Yoga Sculpt classes, there is something here for everybody and EVERY BODY!

(Be prepared for bicycle crunches, mountain climbers or squat jumps - her favorites!) No matter what your lifestyle, time or budget, there is something for you. LIVE and on-demand means no excuses! These are effective workouts and just when you think you can't do 5 more reps or hold that plank for 10 more seconds, her motivation kicks in!
