Former boutique fitness studio owner, personal trainer, wellness coach and Yogi! Over 1000 hours of training and teaching experience in Yoga, Strength Training, HIIT and more! I'm BIG NERD for all things MOVEMENT. I find absolute bliss after getting a nice sweat in, and I love the way it makes me feel. I'll help you feel your absolute best, too! That's a promise.

TSM / Nicole is my perfect mix of yoga, toning, HIIT weight training and cardio. Recipes are great too. Every workout is different so you never get bored. (Be prepared for bicycle crunches, mountain climbers or squat jumps - her favorites!) No matter what your lifestyle, time or budget, there is something for you. LIVE and on-demand means no excuses! YOu will sweat and feel good whether it's a 20 min workout or 45. These are effective workouts and just when you think you can't do 5 more reps or hold that plank for 10 more seconds, her motivation kicks in! I may be 49 but I have the strength, flexibility and stamina that I had at 25 (maybe more). Join TSM and turn back the clock!
