The Method

My method is simple.  I wanted to create a program you could do anywhere on any budget and get real results.  I created the most effective workouts that range from 15 minutes to one hour in a variety of fitness styles to carve out your leanest, most sculpted body.  I've designed a nutrition program for optimum digestion, anti-inflammation and to bring you towards your most healthiest you.  No matter how much time you have, you can do this method!

Let's mix it up!  Take a variety of quick sculpts that range from 15-20 minutes and target the body area of your choice.  Mix it up with adding in our signature TSM class and rejuvenating Yoga flows to develop lean muscle and a sculpted look.  Promote joint health and reduce discomfort with adding mobility into your weekly routine.  The best part?  You can choose your workout and track yourself with our weekly fitness tracker.  For best results I recommend exercising 5-6 days per week, with a minimum of one day rest/self care.
